no its not based on stapi.

you have to know that the caus is why there is no public image is

And sometimes the box crahes after channelswitch.

can you post the audio/video decoder drivers so that we can try to make the mplayer work completly in Barry Allen Bootmenu until your Projekt are ready to release?

if you can submit the driver in the svn from kathrein, i think other developer can help you with this problems. there a lot of good people and more eyes better then less.
