Nach Installation von Net Framework 4.8 (war erforderlich für WISO online 365) läuft der PC nur noch
in Zeitlupe.
Alle Programme sind betroffen.
Virensuche, sfc/scannow, Microsoft Net Reparaturtool ohne Befund.
