Jailbreak-App für iOS 9.3.3

Das chinesische Team Pangu hat ein neues Jailbreak-Tool für iOS bis hin zur aktuellen Version 9.3.3 freigegeben. Nutzer müssen eine eigene Jailbreak-App installieren, die nur auf 64-Bit-Geräten läuft und die Apple ID abfragt.

Ein erstes öffentliches Tool ermöglicht den Jailbreak von iOS 9.2 bis hin zur aktuellen Version 9.3.3: Das Team Pangu hat eine neue Jailbreak-Software veröffentlicht, die bislang nur in chinesischer Ausführung sowie für Windows verfügbar ist. Die englische Fassung sowie eine OS-X-Version dürfte folgen. Das Tool macht durch Aushebelung von Apples Schutzmechanismen möglich, beliebige Software auf dem iOS-Gerät auszuführen.

Eigene Jailbreak-App

Die Jailbreak-Software installiert eine eigene Jailbreak-App auf dem iPhone oder iPad des Nutzers, die dieser mit einer Apple ID signieren muss, dafür werden auch die Zugangsdaten mitsamt des Passwortes abgefragt. Von der Verwendung einer richtigen Apple ID zu diesem Zweck ist abzuraten. Zudem muss der auf diese Weise installierten App das Vertrauen ausgesprochen werden.

Der Jailbreak wird durch das Öffnen der auf iPhone oder iPad installierten Pangu-App durchgeführt, nach jedem Neustart ist dies zu wiederholen. So könne der Nutzer den Jailbreak einfach aktivieren und wieder deaktiveren, schreiben die Entwickler. Die App setzt ein 64-Bit-Gerät voraus, also mindestens ein iPhone 5s, ein iPad Air oder ein iPad mini 2.

* Now Pangu+PP will install mobile configuration file (profile). Go to Settings > General > Profiles and Device Management. Now click Trust button.

9.3.3 trust

* Click Pangu/PP icon again and it will ask ("PP/Pangu" would like to send your notifications) So click OK button
* in next screen click the circle in the app and now it will turn into text
* At this time, you have to lock your device by tapping sleep button.
* After few seconds you will see Storage almost full notification message. It is normal and ignore the message.
* Unlock your device and click PP/Pangu app again

iOS 9.3.3 Jailbreak complete

* After few seconds your device will be the reboot and Check Home screen for Cydia icon.
You can use this tool and process to Jailbreak iOS 9.2- iOS 9.3.3. This process is not compatible with Jailbreak iOS 10 beta versions
